Four-Course Dinner Complimented with Herradura Cocktails

First Course:
Fresh hand chopped tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, cilantro and lime salsa with tortilla chips to prepare your palate for a great tequila and authentic Mexican dish. This dish is complemented by a Margarita Fresca.

Second Course:
Your second course is a mesclun green salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, jicama, black bean and corn salsa accompanied by a roasted tomato vinaigrette dressing. This salad is paired with a Ruby Martini.

Third Course:
Enjoy the Pollo Yucatan which consists of savory bites of chicken breasts that is simmered in a Mexican brown sauce. This sauce is a delicious blend of mushrooms, scallions, red chile and garlic. This dish is complimented by flavorful, red rice and fresh sautéed vegetables along with a Ginger and Spice Martini.

If this does not tickle your tastes buds, in lieu of the Pollo Yucatan, have a Mary Ann’s Combo! This entrée is a shrimp burrito with mushrooms, scallions, and Spanish sauce. It is sided with a mini tostada filled with shredded iceberg lettuce and then topped with tomatoes, guacamole, and jack cheese. Accompanying this dish is a Santa Margarita.

Fourth Course:
Rounding out this magnificent meal is your choice of a Kahlua flan or a tres leches cake. Take pleasure in having a Mexican Coffee for the dessert you choose to top off your evening.
